All patients are encouraged to call with any questions they have about medical problems. Our office staff has been trained to answer many of your questions. They will also relay your information to the Doctor and your call will be returned or otherwise answered at the earliest opportunity. Calls to request prescription refills, obtain lab results, or schedule appointments should be made during normal office hours.

After hours telephone calls

If you find it necessary to contact Dr. Carson or Dr.Weber after normal hours, the answering service will forward all messages to the Physician on Call. Your call will be returned at the earliest opportunity.

Emergency Care

Emergency situations do arise, and we will do our best to respond to your problems promptly. In the event of a severe situation, or one in which you are in doubt, go immediately to the emergency room of the nearest hospital and ask them to contact your doctor. If the situation is not that severe, but one where you wish to talk with Dr. Carson or Dr.Weber please telephone and the doctor will be in touch with you either directly or through our office personnel
