| Our office is located in the Parkside Professional building which is attached to Advocate Lutheran General Hospital. The Professional Building is located on the west end of the hospital at 1875 Dempster Street. |

| Parking Information |
| There is ample parking at the Advocate Lutheran General Hospital campus. There are two parking garages. The south garage is located directly in front of the main hospital for a minimal fee. The north garage is located across campus. Shuttle bus service is provided. There is also a free surface lot adjacent to the north garage. Again, shuttle bus service is provided. These is also handicapped parking directly in front of the main hospital. |
